Shannon Gillespie graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) and holds a B.F.A. in Multi-Discipline Writing with a minor in Art History. She is currently pursuing a M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the Pacific Northwest College of Art.

Shannon joined ARI Global in 2007. She is an experienced marketing professional with significant experience in the insurance industry. She is responsible for creating monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns in addition to overseeing and is proficient in email marketing software. Shannon also leads ARI Global database management and CRM administration. This improves the company’s, and sales team’s, relationships, and interactions with clients. On a day-to-day basis, she also provides invaluable marketing support to existing and new ARI sales team. She directly supports ARI clients as she assembles and sends out client policy documents and all related information.

Additionally, she directs and manages the unique requirements of the licensing, across the contiguous US, for agency and agents. Initializing both resident and non-resident licenses, she maintains compliance through assemblage and delivery of all documents and reports required for each state.

Shannon lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
